You may be specifically wanting to access NDIS as you need more support, or you may be experiencing signs of autistic/ADHD burnout and you are curious if this fits for you.
You may have had another family member identify as neurodivergent and know that it runs in the family.

Whatever the reason, we have supported hundreds of autistic individuals and ADHDers in their identity journeys and welcome any enquiries.
Assessment process
1. First step
1. We correspond by email to determine the best options for your purposes.

We may email you some autism and /or ADHD screener tools to determine whether a full assessment is warranted.

2. We will email you a link to an intake form and service agreement.
Once we receive these we will schedule the face to face component of the assessment either via telehealth or in person in Oyster Cove.

A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to secure the booking date and time.
3. We will send you some questionnaires, sometimes they may require input from someone who knows you well or lives with you.
You will meet with us either in person in our rooms or via telehealth online video call for 60-90 minutes.
During this time you can expect us to ask questions about your childhood, your communication style, your sensory preferences and how you go about daily activities.
4. Feedback generally will occur via a telehealth online video call.
We will share with you a summary of the findings and help you understand your profile, recommended accomodations and address any questions.
5. We provide your report within 2 weeks of your feedback session.
Option 1:
Report for NDIS Access
You will receive a comprehensive report of your diagnostic outcome, cross referencing assessment results against each criterion. This will be blended with a functional capacity summary in the NDIS domains of mobility, communication, learning, social, self care and self management to submit with your NDIS access request.

Option 2:
Neuro-Profile Report
You will receive a comprehensive report outlining your diagnostic outcome. We use deficit free language and examine your neurodivegrent strengths and areas requiring adaptations, accomodations and supports. There is a strong emphasis on recommendations focussing on changing the environment or activities (if applicable) rather than changing yourself to fit in with neuronormative society. This option is recommended if you are seeking clarity and insight into how you experience the world around you.

Option 3
Brief Confirmation Report
You will receive an abridged version of the diagnostic outcome, designed as evidence for confirmation. This will not contain the detail necessary for funding bodies in the future, but for your own reassurance.
