We practise from a neuroaffirming, neurodiversity-informed framework that centres lived experience, rejects deficit and pathologising narratives, and supports autonomy, agency, and safe, meaningful engagement.

 

We provide a safe and welcoming space for the LGBTQIA+ community and other intersectionalities. 

 

ND AffirmEd acknowledges the Palawa peoples as the Traditional Custodians and knowledge-holders of Nipaluna and across Lutruwita, where we live and work. We honour the deep, ongoing connection to Country and recognise Country as living and continuing. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be.
